Practice Info

We are a busy modern NHS dental practice and we strive to provide a caring, ethical, and efficient service to all our patients. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of patient care and dentistry in a relaxing and friendly environment. The dental team will help you to make your visit as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

The practice has 6 modern dental surgeries and is fully computerised.

This allows greater efficiency for booking appointments and recording patient data, which complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR requirements. We have disabled access on the ground floor which includes two dental surgeries and a disabled toilet.

Information Governance

Access to Dental Records

Patients can have access to their dental records by writing to the Practice Manager. This will incur a charge and you will be informed of these prior to arranging an appointment.

Data Protection

All personal information held by the practice is used solely for the purpose of providing dental treatment. Personal information will not be divulged to any outside authority without the permission of the person concerned.

For the purpose of promoting public safety, awareness and crime prevention, our premises are monitored 24/7 by CCTV.

Disabled Access

The Practice has made every attempt to ensure easy access to the building and toilet facilities are available for the disabled.

Patient Responsibilities

We expect patients to treat our staff with the same level of courtesy and respect that we give them.

The practice operates a ‘Zero Tolerance Policy’ and any violent or abusive behavior displayed to any member of our team will result in the immediate removal of your name from the dentist’s list.

Suggestions & Complaints

We do strive to give the type of service our patients would like to receive. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience while visiting the practice, please speak to a member of staff who will try to address your complaint at the time.

If you are still unhappy and wish to make a formal complaint, we have a practice based complaints procedure to follow which you can ask for details of.
